The Constitutional Crisis Be– Look! Squirrel!

It is safe to say that the United States is officially facing a constitutional crisis and a massive cover up by certain members of the GOP to protect President Trump. A political hit job that would make Sammy “The Bull” Gravano proud.
Mark July 25, 2018 on your calendars as one of the darkest days in our democracy, where partisan politics and staying in office four more years supersedes the good of the country. The words of John McCain stand true today as much as ever: “country over party.”
When President Trump was heard on the now infamous Access Hollywood/Billy Bush tape saying “grab them by the #####,” Hillary Clinton’s boring hacked emails were released thanks to Wiki-leaks’ Julian Assange.
Since the first day that President Trump bullied his way into the White House and sent Sean Spicer to do his first press conference where somehow with a straight face he managed to say that Trump had the largest audience ever at the inauguration (period!), Trump and his inner circle of Charles Manson-like cult followers started working hard on trying to one-up the media and control the narrative.
When Michael Cohen’s secretly taped conversation with President Trump was released, no doubt one of the the biggest political scandals this country has ever witnessed, it lasted twenty-four hours.
House Freedom Caucus representatives Mark Meadows and Jim Jordan, you know, the grumpy looking representative from Ohio that always has his sleeves rolled up and tie knot loose, trying to convey a subliminal message that he is working hard.
If he only worked half as hard at figuring out the sexual abuse allegations that totals more former athletes at Ohio State University than most of us have friends on Facebook.
Anyway, to one up the Presidential scandal of paying off porn star Stormy Daniels, and now former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, an obvious violation of campaign finance laws, Meadows and Jordan has filed a resolution to impeach Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
What is This About?
From day one, Mueller and his team of prosecutors have been playing chess like grandmaster Bobby Fischer, while the rest of us are playing checkers and the Trump administration is running around like Keystone Cops.
Mueller no doubt holds the key to unlocking the corruption of this presidency, which means, he has a target on his back.
Rosenstein was appointed by President Trump and Rosenstein appointed Special Counsel Mueller (by the way, Rosenstein and Mueller are Republicans).
In a move to cut the head off the dragon, if Trump can fire Rosenstein, Mueller disappears because whatever flunkie replaces Rosenstein, will know that he is getting the job with one, and only one condition: he has to fire Rosenstein.
“My deputy Rod Rosenstein is highly capable. I have the highest confidence in him.”-Attorney General Jeff Sessions
“While the absurd threat to impeach Rod Rosenstein will undoubtedly fail, using the Department of Justice as a prop for political theater does lasting damage to this vital democratic institution. The men and women of DOJ and the people of our country deserve better.”-Sally Yates (Former Deputy Attorney General of the United States) Posted on her Twitter feed.
“Do I support impeachment of Rosenstein? No, I do not.”House Speaker Paul Ryan
“Well, I don’t know, but what I’ve heard is Jim Jordan wants to just take attention away from the scrutiny that he is under in Ohio, that coul be part of it.”Nancy Pelosi, Minority Leader
