Toys R Us may not be complying with the terms of their bankruptcy case. For one, Toys R’ Us did poorly over the holiday season with a decline in sales of more than nine percent. This will trigger further cuts and layoffs.

In addition, it is believed that Toys R’ US may have to close more stores than expected, originally thought to be two hundred stores, will now double to four hundred, which is half the stores in the United States.
