Adam Schiff’s Plan of Attack on President Trump
Adam Schiff will have a busy 2019 thanks to President Trump. What is Schiff likely to focus on?
Washington Post Journalist Jamal Khashoggi
The CIA has concluded that Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was behind the murder and dismemberment of dissident Jamal Khashoggi.
Schiff will be interested in President Trump’s financial ties to Saudi Arabia for potential conflicts of interests including violations of the Emoluments Clause which has resulted in several lawsuits already and in my opinion, the easiest way to obtain President Trump’s tax returns.
Over and over I have asked why President Trump continues to block and obstruct anything related to Russia. If where this is smoke there is fire, then this is a forest fire.
A little-known violation of the U.S. Constitution has President Trump’s tax returns front and center.
Russia Election Meddling
There’s no doubt that Schiff will focus on Russia’s election meddling. New reports already has Schiff looking to retain the services of forensic experts to investigate possible money-laundering.
After insulting Adam Schiff, the House Intelligence Committee is looking to hire money laundering experts to review President Trump’s finances.
Schiff’s investigation will no doubt lead him to President Trump’s relationship with Deutsche Bank which interesting enough, retired Supreme Court Justice Kennedy’s son Justin, works for and facilitated loans to the President when no one else would.
Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and Justice Brett Kavanaugh were former clerks for Justice Kennedy. I’ll scratch your back and you’ll scratch mine.
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy who is set to retire soon, has close ties to President Trump, but that’s not all.
Abuse of Power
President Trump has been relentless in his attacks against Jeff Bezos, the owner of Amazon and the Washington Post. Remember, Khashoggi was a journalist for the Post.
Did President Trump push the post office to increase shipping rates on Amazon? To what extent was the President involved in the AT & T merger with CNN which the Department of Justice tried to block.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller
President Trump forced the resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, replacing him with Matthew Whitaker whose views against the Mueller probe are well documented. Schiff will try to protect the Mueller investigation at all costs, even trying to pass legislation which was already tried by Senator Jeff Flake and blocked by Mitch McConnell.
A bill was introduce by Senator Jeff Flake to protect the Mueller investigation and what does Senator Mitch McConnell do? He blocks it, saying that Mueller won’t be fired even though he has no authority over that decision.
