Coffee & Headline News- Twitter, Khashoggi, Trump, & the Impeachment Parade
We’ve almost made it through the week, so let’s fill our cups of coffee to the rim and review the headlines for today.
Russia Election Meddling
Twitter has released 10 million tweets dating back ten years that shows efforts by Russia to influence elections including the 2016 campaign.
In total, 3,400 accounts are tied to the Kremlin troll farm known as IRA (Internet Research Agency) and 770 more to Iran.
But, just so you know, election hacking is only the tip of the iceberg.
Now, Russia is taking chaos to the next step according to the Department of Homeland Security. Next on the list- power grids!
Election meddling by Russia is going away anytime soon. Now, Microsoft has uncovered new attempts.
Are we any safer from Russia election meddling? What steps are being done by the federal government and states to protect our votes?
Jamal Khashoggi’s Column for the Washington Post
While the world waits to see how President Trump will react to Saudi Arabia and the brutal murder of Jamal Khashoggi, the Washington Post released his final column last night which focused on freedom of the press.
The Impeachment Parade
Imagine that; a parade for the impeachment of President Trump. The guest of honor? The giant Baby Trump balloon that is liked more than Trump.
The Impeachment Parade is taking place in Battery Park in New York City on October 27, 2018. Sounds like a lot more fun that the dictator parade Trump wanted.
More Ignorance from President Trump
Who needs science and Phd’s, and fancy equipment worth billions of dollars when we have President Trump. Don’t ask scientists that are experts in their field about climate change, ask President Trump who has a “natural instinct for science.”
Yes, President Trump actually said that to the Associated Press and for that reason he knows climate science is wrong. Next week he will say he walked on water and his supporters will believe him.
Yesterday, new estimates were calculated at $92 million and just like that, poof. Gone. No military parade. I wonder why.
It’s Not My Fault
I want you to write this down: President Trump has never lost at anything in his life. Never. Even when he has filed for bankruptcy, Trump claims victory. It’s his modus operandi that allows him to be called a “winner” and everyone else is a “loser.”
Now, knowing that losing the midterm elections is around the corner, President Trump has made it clear that any losses is the fault of the GOP and Republicans.
There is no doubt that the United States Intelligence Community believes a 400 lb. man hacked the election, all from his bed.
Now, I wrote that for one simple reason: when you see that statement in writing, it reveals the absurdity of it.
A Penchant for Bestiality
You don’t think Stormy Daniels would stay quiet, would you? Of course, not! I already posted before how she has bigger cojones than the rest of us.
In response to President Trump insulting her looks, same as he does with most women he dislikes, Trump on Twitter called Stormy Daniels horse face. How did she respond? Daniels said we now know Trump has a penchant for bestiality. Baam!
There’s a reason why I wrote this post a few weeks back.
Remember when Stormy Daniels first came out and said she had sex with President Trump and that there was an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)? What did Trump cult followers say? “She’s a lying (fill in the blank).”
Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present your president. In addition to his…umm…shortcomings, he has demonstrated his incompetence, hatred of women and lack of self control on Twitter AGAIN! And perhaps a penchant for bestiality. Game on, Tiny. https://t.co/6DpDD5ELtj
