Finally, President Trump’s connections and business with Deutsche Bank is being investigated thanks to Michael Cohen.
The Office of the New York Attorney General issued subpoenas for Deutsche Bank and Investors Bank for records as it relates to Trump trying to buy the Buffalo Bills.
Remember Trump’s fight with “taking a knee” and the NFL? Now you know why. It’s well documented how Trump for decades wanted to buy an NFL team but team owners have always resisted Trump.
The subpoenas by the Attorney General’s Office are for financial records related to Trump International Hotels in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Florida such as mortgages, financial statements, and lines of credit to see if Trump exaggerated his assets in order to obtain loans.
The House Intelligence Committee is also exploring real estate transactions related to Russia and other foreign interests, including Deutsche Bank loans to the Trump Organization.
Deutsche Bank has loaned Trump hundreds of millions of dollars in the past, even after Trump sued the bank.
In addition, Deutsche Bank has paid millions in fines for laundering money for Russian oligarchs. And to top it off, retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s son, Justin works for Deutsche Bank in the real estate division.
Guess which Supreme Court Justices were clerks of Justice Kennedy? Justice Neil Gorsuch and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
