A federal judge struck down a California law that prohibited gun shops from displaying gun related ads as a violation of the First Amendment.

Now, in what I’m sure will lead to another “boycott,” more crazy people burning their personal items, Levi Strauss & Co. will be working on initiatives with groups to prevent gun violence.

Now, in a push by Miami Democrats, they are hoping to have future gun shows that is located on county property canceled.
Democrats want gun control and Republicans hide behind the Second Amendment and will continue to do so as long as the NRA- National Rifle Association keeps signing checks worth millions of dollars.
And in return what do we get? Richer Republican politicians and seventy-five dead in twenty-six months thanks to mass shootings in Florida.
Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is opening the door for public schools to use federal funding to buy firearms.
The New York Times was the first to break the story that Education Secretary Betsy Devos is actually considering a plan where guns will be allowed in schools and the federal government will provide the funding to purchase the firearms.
Governor Cuomo is being sued by the NRA as the pro-gun group states that due to Cuomo’s actions in not only fighting against Carry Guard Insurance and getting rid of it in the state of New York, but also for urging other Governors to do the same.
Rather than backing down, Governor Cuomo is stating publicly for other governors to seek similar actions against Carry Guard, the NRA’s insurance program. Carry Guard Insurance protects one by reimbursing members for legal costs in relationship to firing a weapon/self-defense shootings.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the Second Amendment guarantees a right to the open carry of a firearm.
