How to Prove in Five Minutes the Trump N-Word Tapes
Omarosa Manigault, the former contestant on Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice” and former White House Aide, has been dropping legal, political, and racist landmines everywhere, and Trump is trying his best to tiptoe around them as she continues her book tour of “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House.”
First, there was no recording, nothing, yet, Omarosa proved with a secret recording that Katrina Pierson and Lynn Patton were discussing the use of the N-word and how to spin it if said information did go public. Of course, Patton and Pierson took to the media and Pierson gave the ridiculous statement that she lied on tape just to placate Omarosa. So, were you lying then or lying now?
Regardless, since they both signed NDAs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, basically, whatever they said is probably a lie just to comply with the NDA. Now, whether Omarosa has the audio or not of President Trump, that remains to be seen, but, I can tell you who does and has the power to end this once and for all.
The Apprentice Tapes
Mark Burnett is the president of MGM studios and the creator of “The Apprentice.” Burnett has been clear that he is not pro-Trump, if anything based on his past statements, he is very anti-Trump. MGM bought the rights to “The Apprentice.”
Now, MGM could just release the tapes, but that would be a gargantuan breach of contract that in all seriousness, would bankrupt the studio by the time Trump is done with them. Hell, he will own MGM by the time it is all over. Besides, MGM has made clear they aren’t releasing the tapes because they are prohibited per confidentiality contracts that were signed by Trump and Burnett. However, there’s a way around this.
Can you punch me in the face and not be liable criminally? Of course. I could waive that right by saying, punch me in the face. Think about it, do the guys on Jackass sue Johnny Knoxville with all their crazy, painful antics? Of course not! They have waivers signed.
So, all Trump has to do is pick up the phone and say “I’ll sign a waiver to release every audio recorded over fourteen seasons of ‘The Apprentice,’” and of course, agrees that Burnett and MGM will not be held liable (hold harmless clause).
That’s it. Some neutral party would confirm everything is released and we can prove once and for all whether President Trump said the N-word or not. But, since we are talking about President Trump, you know there is a tweet, which makes this even easier.
Per Trump’s tweet, since there are no tapes with him using the N-word, then there’s really no excuse not to release the tapes at this point.
@MarkBurnettTVcalled to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa. I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have. She made it up. Look at her MANY recent quotes saying….
Now, I really doubt it Burnett called him again to say there are no tapes when he doesn’t even like Trump, but, we’ll leave a response up to Burnett.
For the gamblers out there and President Trump that believes in taking risks, if there are tapes with the N-word, you walk out of the White House the next day. For Trump supporters, that’s actually a positive because at that point, the “witch hunt” by Special Counsel Robert Mueller is moot since Trump can’t be impeached if he’s not the President.
If he didn’t use the N-Word, then we lay off the guy, even give him a second term.
Care to roll the dice, Mr. President?
