Jared Kushner and Hope Hick’s Legal Fees Paid by Trump’s Campaign and RNC

Almost $100,000 of donations to President Donald Trump’s campaign has been spent on attorneys’ fees for Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and White House adviser.

Financial Disclosure documents obtained by the New York Times reveal that Kushner is worth approximately $300 million and earned more than $1.7 million in income in 2015.

A spokesperson on behalf of the law firm that represented Kushner said the fees were related to legal expenses as a result of the campaign. The Democratic National Committee has sued various members of Trump’s administration.

The Republican National Committee has also paid $590,000 to a law firm representing Trump’s former communications director Hope Hicks and approximately $514,000 to another law firm that represented Donald Trump, Jr.
