Kentucky Coal Company Files for Bankruptcy

Per the Associated Press, another coal company has been forced to file for bankruptcy. Blackhawk mining has mines in Kentucky and West Virginia has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Filing for Chapter 11 is similar to filing for Chapter 13 for consumers which allows to restructure its debt.
