WWWT News is reporting that a man who won $30 million in the lotto while in the middle of his divorce, will have to share his winnings with his now ex-wife.

Rich Zelasko had appealed the ruling but the Michigan appeals court says the marriage wasn’t finalized, meaning his now ex-wife Mary Beth Zelasko would get $15 million.

At the time that Zelasko won the lotto, he had been separated from his wife for more than two years.
