Michael Cohen May Be Facing Criminal Charges by the End of the Month
The “fixer,” Michael Cohen is in a fix.
The New York Times is reporting that President Trump’s former personal attorney is being investigated for $20 million plus in loans to his taxi companies. Originally, I posted about Cohen’s investigation earlier this month, but now it seems an arrest is near.
Bank fraud charges are also possible. Just like Paul Manafort, Cohen may have lied on financial documents in order to obtain loans from Sterling National Bank and Melrose Credit Union.
Cohen may also face charges for campaign violation charges because of the Stormy Daniels payment.
Charges against Cohen could be filed before the end of this month.
As more information becomes available, I’ll continue to update the posts.
