More Trump Lies- Mexico and the Migrant Caravan

Per President Trump, regardless of the constitutional issues and Mexico finding out about this through Twitter like the rest of us, Trump said that migrants seeking asylum in the U.S. will be forced to stay in Mexico while their claims are individually processed.

Sounds like something Mexico would have to agree to first and apparently, they haven’t.

“Migrants at the Southern Border will not be allowed into the United States until their claims are individually approved in court. We only will allow those who come into our Country legally.”

Forget the fact that Trump and his “official ports of entry” logic has lost in Court already in the 9th Circuit and took to attacking Chief Justice John Roberts an appointee from the Bush Presidency.

President Trump Smells Defeat in the Supreme Court- Attacks Chief Justice John Roberts

President Trump after attacking the 9th Circuit after losing on his change in the asylum process, now goes after Chief Justice John Roberts. Next will be Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“Other than that our very strong policy is Catch and Detain. No ‘Releasing’ into the U.S. All will stay in Mexico,” he continued. “If for any reason it becomes necessary, we will CLOSE our Southern Border.”

As it is, catch and detain is subject to constitutional scrutiny as well and Trump will lose that argument as well.

Regardless, Mexico’s soon-to-be interior minister said, no way Jose. There is no such agreement, but then again, the migrant caravan has proven to be a perfect distraction from impeachment talks so you are guaranteed that Trump will continue to ramp up his racist rhetoric.

It also continues to create an invisible enemy with Mexico.

And just like “build that wall” is a catchy phrase, Trump’s knew policy is called “Remain in Mexico.”
