Roger Stone Says He Won’t Testify Against President Trump

Yesterday, was no different than any other news day. I tweeted why are these people that are being interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller continue to speak to the media.

No lawyer in their right mind would recommend to a client to go speak to the media while they are being investigated by Mueller or at least forced to testify via a subpoena.

Last night on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time,” it was Kristin Davis, the Manhattan Madam.

Before that, it was Roger Stone on Erin Burnett’s “Outfront.”

Funny, they all believe in the “fake news” mantra, but they all run to CNN for interviews. I wonder why? Maybe because they know what Fox will say and do, so now they have to convince everyone else of their side of the story.

“There is no circumstance in which I intend to be pressured in order to testify against the president. First of all, I have nothing that I could say about him that would be negative. Secondarily, I’m just not going to do that.”

“I wouldn’t rule out cooperating with the special counsel if I can be helpful in some area, but there’s no circumstance under which I would testify against the president.”  – Roger Stone.

Yeah right! It’s just a matter of time before Mueller’s team subpoenas Roger Stone.

Trust me, if they are facing jail, they will all sing like a bird unless they truly believe that President Trump will grant them a presidential pardon. However, the President’s pardon power is only as to federal convictions, not state. And, that’s assuming that President Trump has not been impeached.

It’s all talk, just like it was with Chris Collins, the GOP Congressman arrested last week for insider trading. He was going to fight this all the way and remain on the ballot. A few days later he announced his resignation.

Of course, it comes as no surprise that Stone is on the Trump Train when it comes to Mueller and his “fake investigation.” Trump and his basket of traitors continue to make efforts to undermine the government and the law enforcement community.

“It is now clear Mueller may seek to conjure up some bogus legal offense against me in an effort to force me to testify against the President, who I have known for forty years. Additionally, they seek to silence me now and, during their coming assault, to impeach the President.”

You would think after four convictions, and Paul Manafort will be the next big fish that gets convicted, along with dozens of indictments, that they would stop with the “witch hunt” phrase, but the base loves to hear those words. Not the truth, just those words.

The funny thing: Stone like everyone else has a legal defense fund. I find it comical that they all do even though they are all worth millions of dollars. Even President Trump has a legal defense fund which has come under scrutiny since no one seems to know what the money is actually being used for.

Randy Credico has now been subpoenaed by the Senate Intelligence Committee and considering he has been saying during media interviews that Roger Stone was trying to buy him off by paying his attorney’s fees, we now know what he most likely testified about before the Grand Jury.
