The Walls are Caving in on Brett Kavanaugh
Brett Kavanaugh’s past is coming back to haunt him in more ways than one. First, he kept mentioning his approval rating with the ABA- the American Bar Association. What happened? The ABA wrote a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the confirmation of Kavanaugh should be delayed pending an FBI investigation.
Of course, the cantankerous Senator Chuck Grassley who felt the need to explain everything the Democrats said, made it clear that the ABA is an outside organization and went on to say that he didn’t even know if the President of the ABA who signed that letter, spoke on behalf of the ABA. So, when the President of the United States signs a letter in his capacity as President, I don’t know if he did so on behalf of the United States?
Yale Law School? The prestigious law school didn’t help Judge Kavanaugh, either. Yale also wanted the confirmation delayed until the FBI does an investigation on the allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.
Big time supporter of President Trump, Professor Alan Dershowitz, echoed those same words.
I also believe Kavanaugh’s partisan rant had a lot to do with this as well, not to mention pressure from the left and the right. President Trump had no choice but to order the FBI to investigate as it did with Justice Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill as ordered by then President Bush.
Only in Trump’s administration, the ##### grabber in chief would have nominated a Supreme Court Justice who is facing sexual assault allegations. Birds of a feather flock together.
And it gets better. Authorities in Maryland say they will investigate the allegations by Dr. Ford if she files a police report. Yeah, the walls are crumbling down around choir-boy Kavanaugh who sounded like an idiot savant by constantly repeating “I like beer.”
Originally, I’ve posted on social media incorrectly why would Dr. Ford go before the State Attorney’s Office in Maryland or law enforcement on these allegations, believing there was a statute of limitations on crimes of sexual assault in Maryland. I was wrong as least from what one legal expert said on CNN.
Now, is Kavanaugh ever going to get prosecuted for this? I doubt it, unless Mark Judge confesses to all of this, but then he’s putting himself in legal jeopardy and if anything, he will be pleading the Fifth. However, Judge is a devout Christian. Can that make a difference? Will he confess to a crime from thirty-five years ago and implicate Kavanaugh? It is the Christian thing to do.
Judge has already stated through his attorney that he will cooperate with the FBI, but to what extent? Judge is refusing to appear publicly to testify.
The FBI will ask him to take a polygraph and if he was involved, his attorney will not agree to it. It also remains to be seen if the FBI will expand their investigation into the allegations made by Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick.
President Trump’s order is ambiguous as to Ramirez and Swetnick.
